From Nov. 20 to Dec. 7, 2025, Saeckenborgh EXPO in Almere presents the exhibition H A R T, an exhibition in which more than 30 diverse artists and creators give their views on today’s society.

At a time when spectacle often dominates, Expo H A R T aims to provide space for stillness, wonder and connection. Artists show work that touches on themes of compassion, listening, watching and experiencing. They respond to today’s world – sometimes personal, sometimes playful or abrasive, but always from the heart.

“Art is not just to liven things up,” say the curators of Saeckenborgh EXPO. “It can also be a starting point for reflection and contemplation, a gentle force that invites one to really feel and think.”

The exhibition covers a variety of disciplines: from painting to installation, photography to collage. What connects the works is their search for humanity and meaning in a time that seems to be spinning faster and faster.

Thursday through Sunday, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Saeckenborgh EXPO, Spoordreef 20-36, 1315 GP Almere
